Manufacturer's Limited Warranty:

Manufacturer warrants it's product to be free of defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for one year. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to properly maintain the product, improper cleaning, abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, or shipping. If any product component proves to be defective in material or workmanship, the company will provide replacement parts or replace the product at its option during the warranty period.

Please contact the company's Customer Service department at warrantyinfo@letsgrowsomething.com to allow the company to preliminarily determine if the product might have a defect in materials or workmanship, in which authorization will be given to return the product. In order to be eligible for replacement, you must receive prior return authorization and then return the product prepaid, with the sales receipt (or other proof of purchase satisfactory to the Company) and with your contact information. In no event will the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury to person or property, resulting from the manufacture, sale and/or use of the product; provided, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
